Menus celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Kathiyawadi cuisine and tribal Gujarat, offering wholesome vegetarian fare and regional specialties known for their bold yet balanced flavours.

Adding a deeply personal touch to the experience, Ranisaheb’s passion for baking brings warmth and elegance to the Darbargadh table. She personally bakes her own bread from scratch, along with handcrafted cakes and desserts, filling the palace kitchens with the comforting aroma of freshly baked loaves. Her creations combine royal finesse with homely sincerity — often becoming a cherished highlight for guests.

Whether dining within the historic halls of the Darbargadh or beneath open skies overlooking the hills of Chhota Udepur, meals at Kadval are never hurried — they are an expression of royal hospitality, farm-fresh living, and countryside serenity.
