Dining at Kadval Darbargadh is inspired by the culinary traditions of the Parmar rulers and guided by the rhythms of Gujarat. Each meal reflects authenticity, seasonality, and quiet refinement.

Ranisaheb’s passion for baking comes alive with freshly baked breads, cakes, and desserts, made in-house and served warm at the Darbargadh table. Her creations combine royal finesse with homely sincerity — often becoming a cherished highlight for guests.

Our Food Philosophy​

Our kitchen follows a true farm-to-table philosophy, sourcing fresh, seasonal produce from local farms and village growers. Ingredients are carefully selected, spices are ground in-house using traditional methods, and every dish is prepared from scratch — without pre-packaged mixes — preserving depth of flavour and time-honoured cooking techniques.

Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
